Add texture to your walls without going 3-D with this soft + subtle crosshatch pattern.
You will need:
1 quart THRIVE .05 Eggshell
1 quart LEAF .06 Eggshell
Painter’s tape
Paint brush
Paint roller
Drop cloth
Define the space for your crosshatch pattern using the pencil and level. Outline with blue painter’s tape and seal the edges like a pro!
Grab your roller and paint a base coat of LEAF .06. Let dry.
Starting in the left hand corner and moving across to the right, make alternating horizontal and vertical short stokes with your paint brush using THRIVE .05.
Make your way down the wall. The more free you are with your brushstrokes, the more natural and organic the final wall will feel. Don’t worry about being perfect.
You did it! Time to move the furniture back in and admire.
