Put a glaze-like finish on your walls with this simple technique. Secret ingredient: just add water!
You will need:
1 quart GRAIN .07 Eggshell
Painter’s tape
Paint brush
Paint roller
Drop cloth
Spray bottle with water
Define the space for your soft splatter effect using the pencil and level. Outline with blue painter’s tape and seal the edges like a pro!
Paint the upper 1/4 of the wall with GRAIN .07. Using the spray bottle, gently squirt a fine mist across the top of the wall.
Wipe the drips off before they hit the floor. Make sure the wall is dry before applying paint to the lower half.
Let dry and put a second coat on the lower 3/4 of the wall.
Let dry- then remove the tape.
